The opportunity to have hands on training aboard the Captain’s Club yacht is an invaluable experience. The classroom only maritime licensing schools can’t possibly give you the expertise you need to take the helm of a yacht in the real world. Scot and Denise are real pros. They teach safety first and are thorough regarding every aspect of yachting such as pre-cruise inspection, chart reading, course plotting and instrument navigation. We’re lucky to have such great teachers, not to mention becoming lifelong friends.

I’ve used All Hands on Deck twice. Once, I gave them reasonable notice. The other time they were able to help even on short notice. Beautiful work inside and out on my 38′ sloop (older boat and needs love and care to clean.) Also solved a pesky head pump issue at a very reasonable price… and I just left the boat in the slip! All in all, I’ve been thrilled to have found All Hands on Deck.

This is one of my favorite companies in Alameda. They are personable, professional, customer oriented and best of all they think outside the box to repair unique issues and challenges.

Scot is very capable and reliable. He investigated our boat engine overheating problem and replaced the toilets within a very reasonable timeframe. He was responsive and professional not to mention a very personable guy. I recommend Alameda All Hands on Deck to anyone looking for boat maintenance.
